You may return eligible items within 30 days of the original purchase date. The return period begins on the date you receive the item. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
For services, cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service date may be subject to a cancellation fee.
